Thank you for purchasing my How To Potty Train A Dachshund. Glad that you now have a copy and that we had a chance to chat by email.
I noticed that you purchased it at 12.11 am and got the copy at 12:17am. Sometimes the delay is caused because the confirmation email is lost in junk mail. My email company has to go by the USA rules of sending a confirmation before they can deliver the ebook - can be confusing if this ends up in junk mail and the buyer is waiting for the ebook. Usually it all runs nice and smooth but technology sometimes lets us down.
